We cannot accept returns on food items.
If your cake arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please take a photo and contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will offer a replacement or a store credit/refund.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or if no one is available to receive the cake.
